Ensuring enrolment and active participation of around 580 children aged 2–18 years in age-appropriate Children's Clubs via Knowledge and Resource Centres (KRCs). Additionally supports 150 youths (19–24 years) through life skills, spoken English, computer literacy and employability pathways. ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────── This project ensures the enrolment and active participation of around 580 children aged 2-18 years in age-appropriate and accessible Children’s Clubs, facilitated through village-based Knowledge and Resource Centres (KRCs). Guided by trained In-Charges and facilitators, these clubs provide safe, supportive and inclusive spaces that promote learning, life skills development, book-club activities, and overall child well-being within the community. The project correspondingly supports 150 youths (19-24 years) through structured life skills sessions, spoken English training in association with the British Council, and computer literacy programmes, including an introduction to AI. It provides non-educational employability training (NEET) with pathways to dignified jobs or entrepreneurship linkages. Special efforts are made to engage early marriage survivors, supporting them to rebuild confidence, develop skills, and envision a new and empowered future. The project strengthens linkages with government systems to ensure access to education and health safety nets for every participant. Caregiver engagement is a core component, fostering supportive home environments and shared responsibility for child development. A strong emphasis is placed on child safeguarding within the organisation and promoting child protection mechanisms at the community level. The initiative also focuses on strengthening community institutions such as Village Level Child Protection Committees (VLCPCs) and Child Cabinets, ensuring sustained local ownership and accountability.
